LV Real is a real estate agency (or property brand) that aims to deliver upscale property services. Their goal was to establish an elegant and modern website that presents listings beautifully, builds brand authority, and simplifies user interaction for buyers, sellers, and property browsers.
My Role and Approach
As the designer and developer, I focused on capturing LV Real’s brand values — elegance, trust, sophistication — in the website’s design, layout, and user flows. I structured property presentation so it feels premium, made contact and lead processes smooth, and ensured performance and mobile responsiveness.
The Challenge
Some of the challenges with LV Real included:
- The site was not accessible (error) for external review, indicating possible misconfigurations or permissions.
- Ensuring that premium branding and property aesthetics translate well online.
- Presenting property listings clearly with high visuals without hurting load times.

Created a strong visual hero section that reflects the brand luxury — featuring property images or brand visuals that set tone instantly. - Curated Property Listings
Organized featured listings on homepage and a dedicated property gallery, each with image, price, specs, and “View Details” links. - Lead Capture & Contact Flow
Placed contact or inquiry buttons in prime locations — header, property previews, dedicated “Contact Us” page — so users can reach out easily. - Performance Optimization
Optimized images, used lazy loading, compressed scripts to keep the site fast and responsive even with high quality visuals. - Mobile Friendly Design
Designed responsive layouts so that the site feels seamless on phones and tablets, with intuitive navigation and legible content.
